These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Policy Pilot mobile application (the "App") operated by TechGlobe Consultancy Services LLP ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Policy Pilot is an insurance lead management platform that enables insurance agents and managers to:
- Create and manage leads and customer information
- Upload and track documents related to insurance applications
- Create and manage insurance proposals
- Schedule follow-ups and receive reminders
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and other channels
- Receive real-time push notifications about assignments and updates
3. User Accounts
- You must register for an account to use the App. Account credentials are provided by your organization's administrator.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications
- Store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
5. Data & Content
- You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (leads, documents, proposals, notes).
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.
- You must have proper consent to store and process customer information within the App.
- We do not claim ownership of your content but require a license to host and display it as part of providing the service.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, logos, and content (excluding user data), is the intellectual property of TechGlobe Consultancy Services LLP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
7. Availability & Modifications
- We strive to maintain App availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, business opportunities, or profits arising from the use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechGlobe Consultancy Services LLP, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the use of the App at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
- Sections on Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
